What Bidwards does

You tell [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] what you need. We find local businesses that match, rank them, and give you a private page of the best few. Businesses may respond with prices and availability.

What Bidwards is not

We are not a party to any agreement between you and a business. We do not perform the work, guarantee it, set the price, or employ anyone who does it. Licensing, insurance and quality are between you and the business you choose.

Listings drawn from public data may be out of date. A business appearing here has not necessarily agreed to anything, and its details may be wrong. Verify before you hire.

Ranking, and what money can and cannot buy

Businesses can pay for visibility. They cannot pay to override your stated requirements, and they cannot buy a reputation. Paid placement is labelled as sponsored wherever it appears. Relevance is scored first; commercial influence is applied last and capped.

Using it properly

• Be truthful about what you need.
• Do not use Bidwards to scrape, resell or rebuild our listings.
• Do not use it for anything unlawful, or to harass a business.
• One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone.

For businesses

Claiming a listing is free. If you claim one, you confirm you are authorised to act for that business, and that what you publish is accurate. We may remove or suspend a listing that is misleading.

Availability

We may change or stop parts of the service. We aim to keep it running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] is not liable for the work a business does or fails to do, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Bidwards.

Governing law
