What the programme is

Bidwards, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], is a request-and-quote service. You text us what you need. We reply with a private link to a page of local businesses that match, and with messages about that request — clarifying questions, quotes received, and appointment confirmations.

How you opt in

You opt in by texting our number first, or by entering your number on this site and ticking the consent box. We do not buy, rent, or import phone numbers, and we never message a number that has not contacted us or explicitly asked us to.

Consent is per purpose. Asking us to find a plumber is not consent to receive marketing. If we ever want to message you about anything other than a request you made, we ask separately.

Message frequency

Frequency varies and depends on your activity. A single request typically produces 2 to 6 messages. We do not send recurring messages unless you ask us to watch something for you.

Cost

Bidwards does not charge you for messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and we stop immediately. We send one final confirmation and nothing after it. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. To start again, reply START.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.

Your number

We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing. Businesses you ask for a quote reach you through a relay number, not your real one, unless you choose otherwise. See our privacy policy.
